Will: The Unbreakable Force That Shapes the Universe
Published: March 24, 2025
Humanity has long misunderstood will, conflating it with desire or motivation. Desire fades, motivation wavers—but will endures. Will is not a fleeting wish or a burst of effort; it’s the force that moves the immovable, commanding reality itself.
The Core of Will
Will transcends thought, emotion, or feeling—it’s a primal force, as fundamental as gravity. “It bends probability, shatters resistance, reshapes fate,” we reflect (Section 3.3). Will is the choice to walk a path until it becomes real, heedless of conditions, fear, or impossibility. It finds a way or forges one. “Will does not break,” we affirm, “it simply is.”
The Mark of True Will
Most ask, “Can I?”—those with will declare, “This will be.” They do not hesitate at the impossible; they step forward, reshaping reality as they move. “They do not react to the world,” we muse, “they bend it.” History remembers them not as those who tried, but as those who made the impossible inevitable—Alexander forging empires, Tesla manifesting electricity, Da Vinci envisioning futures centuries ahead.
The Dual Nature of Will
Will takes two forms, each unstoppable:
- Active Will: The force that creates—Alexander’s conquests, Tesla’s innovations, Da Vinci’s visions—destroying barriers, forging new realities.
- Passive Will: The unyielding core—Buddha’s stillness, a man enduring loss yet moving forward—an indestructible resolve that withstands all.
“Some embody both,” we note, their legacy echoing through time.
The Universe in Motion
When will awakens, reality bends—obstacles shatter, the impossible unfolds. Those who align with this force move without waiting, shaping fate. “Will commands,” we affirm, “and the universe follows.”
And when history looks back—It will not see a man who “tried.” It will see a man who declared—and made it real.
Such is the will of a Joestar.
