This may be a little unrelated. But, has anyone practiced "deep" mindfulness? I am curious because as Lagon mentioned previously, there is no-self, no free will, we are not separate from reality. And it's something that I had experienced first-hand in brief moments, moment to moment observing my 6 senses(Thoughts, Emotions, Body Sensations, Sights, Sounds, Taste/Smell) individually as they arise and pass away(the practice of mindfulness/insight), which is quite liberating experience. I read quite a few books on meditation and listened to podcasts regarding those experience etc., and I heard that, even though it's rare, for some people this realization occurs completely naturally moment to moment. Perhaps this is what happened to Lagon. I believe it sounds quite similar to what Lagon refers to as Collapse, in meditation terms it is called Cessation.
